Minutes of Board of Directors' Meetings
The Wheatherstone Property Owners Association (WPOA) holds its Board meetings monthly from 7 pm to 8:30 pm (presently via Zoom). The Annual Meeting for all homeowners is usually held in May.
The Secretary records the minutes of the Board meetings, puts them in a readable form, and distributes the approved minutes to all the homeowners and tenants in the Wheatherstone community. Previously, the minutes had been mailed, but they are now sent by email to reduce costs.

- 2014 - 2015 Achievements
- Repaved all of Wheatherstone streets
- Replaced eleven driveways with non-aggregate concrete
- Replaced various sections of curbing (about 220 feet of curbing)
2014
- Installed new retro-reflective Wheatherstone signs at the complex entrance
- Replaced street light timers with photocells
2011
- Replaced rain gutters
- Removed invasive trees
2009
- Incorporated Wheatherstone as a nonprofit organization
2003
- Replaced all roofs
2001
- Replaced gaslights with street lights
2000
- Between the years 1976 and 2000, a Wheatherstone Newsletter was mailed to residents a few times a year in addition to the minutes.
1998
- Fee increase rejected; four Board members resign
1995
- Units #92 and #90 fence dispute; resolved in 2013
